2017 IS300 - Bluetooth Connecting and Disconnecting
Since I bought the car new, my Bluetooth works perfectly about 1/2 of the time..
The other 1/2 of the time it constantly connects and disconnects.. I've had multiple phones (all of them have been Samsung Galaxy models (top of the line models as I need the best tech for my business)).
I don't have the Navigation system, and the head unit is the Gracenotes model. AM/FM/CD XM radio. I do not use the radio/CD at all, I only listen to downloads/YouTube through Bluetooth.
The dealership has been unable to help, at all, over the years. They have looked into it a few times and when I called the Lexus tech support line they recommended contacting the dealership (yay)..
Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any recommendations?

Did you try with another phone to see if you're getting the same problem?
The first thing that comes to mind is the Bluetooth on your phone is detecting another near by device, therefore cutting the car.
If I have both of my cars running, the Bluetooth disconnects from the IS and connects to the RAM since it's on.
