Default Low toned "whoah whoah" sound

When I turn left, the to car makes a low "whoah" "whoah" sound that sounds like its coming from the driver side wheel area. The dealer said that the CV Boot on that side was loose and leaking, so I had it changed. However, the sound is still there when I make a left turn. What do you think is causing this? Maybe some bearings? If so, can I just put at some lube in them? How would I do that and to which ones should I do that to?

Without hearing it, I would guess that it could be a wheel bearing.

It turns out that the sound was due to a plastic shield rubbing up against the rotor per the Lexus technician. Once he assisted the shield, the sound disappeared.
