Default How to open the trunk when the battery is dead

Hi, I'm currently on my second battery on my LC500 (Optima yellow top purchased and installed in July 2021).
I live in Montréal so I store my car from November to April. I always keep the battery plugged with a smart Noco Genius charger.

Yesterday when I tried to use the car bad surprise the battery is dead.
It's the second time that this happen to me and first time when my oem battery died I was able to jump start the car by plugging in with the positive and ground the negative.
Unfortunately this doesn't work this time cause the battery is completely dead. My smart charger doesn't even detect it and I also have a battery booster that doesn't detect it.

Now dump question but how can I manually open the trunk? I've been told that I can acces it by the middle seat behind the speaker but I wasn't able to remove that, when I tried to remove it I was a little bit scared to break something inside.

Did anyone here have a LC500 and was able to manually open the trunk?

I know most other Lexus cars have an hidden button close to the lisence plate or close to a taillight but unfortunately the LC500 doesn't have that anywhere outside the car.

Access page 369 & 370 of the manual, it gives detailed instructions how to unlock trunk when battery is discharged.

If the battery is completely dead a “smart” booster won’t see the battery (as you’re experiencing). You need to put the booster in override mode usually.

I had the same problem on my 2022 LC500 Convertible. I hope I didn't trash my rear seat cause I yanked off the rear cover and the there was no keyhole just a black box with no hole

For the convertible, the emergency trunk key hole is in a different location. It is located in the lower half of the center seat back.
