Default L-Sportline Model I Wheels and Body Kit Price Question?

I have a question for any one sporting L-Sprortline products.

I am looking to buy the rear and front bumpers, side skirts, and roof spoolier in the next couple of weeks.

I also think I got to have the Model I chrome wheels. (Something about them buttons... )

My problem is every website and store I contact wants the same damn price for the goods. Is there no competitive pricing on their products? A 4 peice kit is priced at roughly $1840, but I do not want all of the kit pieces. And its like close too $2400 to buy all the peices I want seperate.

I love the Model I wheels, but at 5 G's and no tires to boot...Ouch... Anyone know a place offering packages on tires and wheels for this model? Anyone know who has the lowest price on these rims 20 or 19's? Again every place I look wants the same price.

I'd actually even settle for the exact same rim in an 18" chrome finish...I know Lsportlines dont come that small, so I'm talking about any other manufacture making a similar , if not identical rim in 18"

I'm located in the Irving, TX outside of Dallas if that helps with your answer.

Please help if you can, thanks and happy riden...

Just so you know I ALREADY SEARCHED THIS DAMN TOPIC....So keep your smart wise cracks to yourself..... Yes I'm talking to YOU...YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE....

Hey, Mad.
You can try this web, importhookup.com or wholehyper.com. I ordered my rims through importhookup( not the L-Sportline), but the Volk GT-C. I think nobody offer the package for the Model I, but you can e-mail these places and get the qoute. Good luck and the Model I look really good.

About $5200 with tires for 19" staggered and about $5600 staggered for 20", these are off the net prices. Worth every penny, real multipeice wheels and they look great. Check with our resident wheel vendors, someone should be able to help you out. Wheel Experts, Wheel Boutique? And Wheel Kinetics? I believe those are it

"Just so you know I ALREADY SEARCHED THIS DAMN TOPIC....So keep your smart wise cracks to yourself..... Yes I'm talking to YOU...YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE...."

I was guilty of asking questions that have been asked a hundred times when I first logged on, only to get some ridiculous reply from “old school” members and moderators about doing a search. I am afraid we as CL affiliates are keeping new members from posting their questions when we do this, note the quoted line above. We have to think about how many people just view this site and don’t post, I figure the owner of this board wants to encourage new membership, not scare people away. I have been on Bulletin Board systems and public forums since 1990 via dialup and the Internet so I know why some people get irritated with some of these posts, but in reality you don’t have to read or reply if you don’t like it. Some people don’t like how certain people post, they don’t like the points systems, how people type, they get mad about redundant questions etc. This is a public\semi public forum and I really hope in the large scheme of things we are looking to increase new membership sign up, this will only bring new talent and information to our little “society” that we participate in on a daily or weekly basis.

One side note about the search, when I am spending my money on something, you can bet I will post a new topic. Whether or not the search has my answer, before I go and spend $5000 on wheels or $3000 on a body kit, I am going to ask all these highly intelligent people on CL before I buy, even if the same question has been asked 200 times.

not sure whether you are new here or not, but a Steve Ganz is a CL dream fulfilled. the guy has the best prices on lots of stuff and his record with members is virtually perfect. anyone will vouch for him. he is now an l-sportline dealer and offers the kit for just under $1700 i think. i paid a touch over $2k because he wasn't the dealer then and a price drop occurred since. f**k.

i'm sure he'll be able to get your rims of choice also.

email him at gonzo4u@earthlink.net or .com. someone complete that.

or 800-90-toyota. honestly, a search for his info will come up

No doubt Camren, I will be there....

I've got to get to where your at first....My GS might appear naked parked next to you right now.... We have the same color rides too...

But when I get these dubs and this L-Sportlines bodykit.....

Totally different mindset...

I am going to email this Stece Ganz guy right now

Thanks Bravo261....

Later and happy riden.............

JPA - Yeah, but it's working...

"Just so you know I ALREADY SEARCHED THIS DAMN TOPIC..."

It's better to have a lean/clean board where the same topic isn't covered ten thousand times....also, that way, the information is more "centralized" so instead of having to wade through say 30 posts on the same thing, you can just go through 2 posts....

I suggest you hit up our wheel vendors and see what they can do for you...but keep in mind, for those prices, you can do some JDM wheels too...little bit hard to get but that much more exclusive.

A lean clean board Manaray....?

Thats sounds pretty much like your personnal opinion....

And sorry to say one opinion is not what the world revolves around....And they're often not worth sh##...You get the picture..

Are you happy you have so many replies....

Are all of them as ilrealavent to the topic as your last post....

Maybe thats the better option then a "centralized" post...Eliminating the count meter makes all equal, as we are in real life....Or maybe have a stat for relavent post and BS...

I mean in all honestly, I may not have has many post as you....But I have to say I'm 28 got my 98 GS in the fall of 97, and my **** is paid for............(payment free baby, so you see now its body kit time) You see I'm a big body pioneer...Do the math on the ages there. Bought and paid for with no help from parents.
I may be more of a godfather than you my friend...Could it be...?dooh...

A website like this is forum for multiple views and expressions...Not the manaray approved version...Are you an advocate of big government too...?

I appreciate your insite, however since it helps me in no way make an educated decision before a drop about 8 G's...You can more or less keep your opinons to yourself....(fill in your own expletives)

I was thinking of you when I wrote my orginal post..........

If you have L-Sportsline knowledge please respond, otherwise your post count stat means diddly to me my friend....

Stay on topic please.

As for who to get the products from, Steve Ganz gets another thumbs up for his outstanding customer service and prices.

However, what you are looking for exactly in such high demand; hence, most places aren't gonna budge on price.

On a side note, I encourage everyone to ask questions, even if you think it is dumb (check my first post on ClubLexus). I will be personally laying down the law on anyone who says "DO A SEARCH". Partially, our Search engine sucks. We will be revamping it, but not for awhile.

Now, instead of telling people to do a search, for the love of God, help them! Do a search and post the link to all the relevent threads.

Good luck Mad_WICKED.

Ethan
