My friend and I finally got around to wrapping the chrome trim. I went with a brushed metal wrap in black. It made the car look more aggressive especially since my car is black (caviar)!

I also wrapped the chrome trim on the Wells visors.

What did you use to wrap the trim? Looks sharp!

 

I just know it's 3M brushed metallic black. My friend had extra laying around

 

Love it, blacking out the trim makes a nice difference with black. I tried vinyl wrapping the trim but ended up dipping it, I'm not very skilled with vinyl wrap or maybe I don't buy the right one. I tried wrapping some stuff in the 5d carbon and its not very friendly to work with around bends.

 

Front looks great. Very aggressive

i think its a no brainer. Looks awesome. Just wished i knew how to vinyl like that. I plastidipped and it looks great from far

Yours or even OP's, can't tell if its a overlay or the black pearl. I was debating if the black pearl one is worth it, its like $130 for the front.

 

thanks bro! Mine is a tint overlay. I just wanted to tone down the chrome...

 

The front is a tint overlay - only few bucks to buy a small 8inx8in sheet. I have Black chrome emblems in the rear though
