I own a ISF 250 2014 model, the display screen is not working, not even the radio, message says on the display screen is please contact your dealer. Now the issue is the car is American specs and I own ot in DUBAI, UAE. Kindly advise

To the OP - Welcome to the forum. Looks like you own a 2014 IS250 F-Sport? if so, you need to post here:

The ISF is a limited production performance machine with a V8 engine.

It is likely there is a problem with the hard drive that controls the nav, radio, HAVC, etc. try disconnecting the battery for 15 min, then reconnect and cross you fingers the reboot will solve your problems. OR it could be that "maps" SD card is loose, missing or out of place. Look at the users manual for "upgrading navigation maps" or try YouTube
