see the little tabs on the connectors, carefully lift those with a small (jewelers or eye glass repair size screw driver) and then rock the connector back and forth to loosen it. has a waterproof rubber seal in it to keep it water tight.
sorry I wasn't clear about the arrows, I meant these 2. are they just pull offs? they seem to be pretty secure in there
Update - stopped by at a forum members place to work on the mirror. mjeds did the job in a breeze swapping mirrors lol. brought the parts over, done in a matter of minutes. will post a picture tomorrow.
Happened to my RC. Found the mirror on eBay for about $130 and replaced it myself. You just pop it off disconnect the harnesses, reconnect the harnesses and pop it back on. Takes 20 min it’s easy Peasy and this coming from a guy who is NOT “handy”. Good luck
