Just send it to us. We can have it done and back in your hands before the weekend if you wanted. Far quicker than you will find anyone locally to do it.

Since the pictures are no longer available to view. Is it possible to switch internals from a 09-10 speedometer to the 11-13 speedometer? I'm not looking to change out the led's at this time just swap internals. I would like to have just the 2 plain silver rings that sit inside the cluster. Is the board that tracks the milage bottom center soldered in or is it removable?

Thanks

The answer is no
06-09 using their own LED inside the needle while 11-13 using on board LED

Anyone know someone in Ontario preferably the GTA that can do this?

At night I have to guess my speed since my speedo needle LED stopped working.

Just wondering if there is a quick repair for this yet. my dash is getting replaced eventually by dealer.
would like to get this resolve at the same time since it needs to come out anyway.

You can either:

1) Buy needles from us already repaired and install them yourself
2) Ship your cluster to us for repair in Wisconsin
3) Buy a replacement cluster already repaired from us
4) Drive down to San Diego and schedule an appointment with us and we can do the repair while you wait

im gonna have to say option 1 would be my best solution since im not in a hurry and im in L.A. im assuming it affects all the needles and if possible if i can just get all 4 matching blue to what they are currently. but if all you provide is stock color replacements ill take those anyway.
