More than likely the TOMS CF stick-on kit...He's getting there...

 

A local dealer is only adding vinyl (either gloss black, satin/matte black, or the Carbon Fiber look 3M Di-Noc). A good wrap shop should be able to do it for you very easily, for not too much money, or you can try to do it yourself (the wrap is $13.99 on Amazon below).
