Default USB phone charger ideas?

I no longer have a cigarette lighter in my car and was wondering what's the easiest way to add a USB charging port to charge up my phone while in the car?

I believe there's a live 12v in the center console that used to be for the factory phone. Can't remember the specific thread where someone made it into a USB charger.

That's pretty slick, Shane. I'm surprised there's enough mounting depth under there, unless you removed the cup holder? Are those seat heater switches?

Jimmy, I noticed you have no heated seats like my car. What state was the car originally sold in?

that's what I used. I got mine on amazon though... I didn't do a DIY but I used a cut off tool and cut my temp/radio **** in half and threaded the kit in. Connected it to my radio. Very easy.

Awesome, thank you.

I've been needing to buy a 3.5mm extension cable for my stereo anyways, so this works out perfect.
