I believe you, just wonder why their website lists two different options. One for 2013-2014 and another for 2015-2016. The latter one is also $20 more. I just sent them an email asking for an explanation.

Lexus have added an additional GPS what triggers the video in motion on Lexus GS models manufactured after 2015.
$20 difference is for the extra GPS bypass adapter specifically made for the 2015-2017 Lexus GS models.
If you own a 2015-2017 Lexus GS, you must get the one what costs $20 more. Without this adapter, the screen will lockout automatically after few minutes even with the NDS6223EP engaged.
