Hey guys, we finally got the wheels mounted on Cathy's car today, just wanted to share some pics.

Cathy had her eye on the AUTOCOUTURE ARISTO
wheel way back in the fall of 07 when I debuted them around SEMA time. With the Ultrasonic Blue color of her car she made it very clear that she wanted to do a dark finish, but not just basic everyday black.

After some pondering we decided to go with one of AUTOCOUTURE's most rare finishes, Black Chrome and then take it a step further with the Carbon Fiber lip!! The OEM color matched lip stripe just serves as the icing on the cake! It also serves to ensure her setup can not be easily replicated as AUTOCOUTURE will NOT pin stripe a lip after carbon fiber, they will do one finish or the other but not both!! Props to Cathy for going the distance to get a set of 1 of a kind wheels on 1 of kind car.

The build on these wheels is wider and more aggressive than the normal "F" fitment and required fender rolling.

Cathafer I'm for hire if you ever need a photographer to do a photo shoot for your car. Beautiful!!! Love the wheels and the look. Makes me want a set for mine.

WOW i am speechless those are rocking man....how much arm bending did u have to do to make them do both carbon fiber lip plus pin striping?

 

thanks guys i knew from the very first time i saw the aristo wheel with the CF lip that those were the wheels that were going on my car...those wheels are what started my whole carbon fiber & black pearl theme and its all flowing so well now the fit and finish on the wheels are perfect and i couldnt be happier with them... big big big thank you to derrick and stefan at D2... awesome business men and great friends to me.... thanks for putting up with my many requests and getting me what i wanted

for anyone wondering...the ride quality is still very good. if anything its handling a little bit better now...and for some reason my car feels peppier...maybe its just in my head...or maybe lexafer is just happy with her new shoes

now all i need is someone to come out with some coilovers and im SET!

i'm going to take some better resolution pictures tomorrow and i'll get them up asap
