I had it enough. After two days of California raining, the is what I got. (pictures)

1. I tried seal outside edges(where inside and clear cover meets) with silicone (clear color)
2. In the back of the housing, there was a rubber tube (S shape vent hose) was broken. I replaced with 1/4" tube

I did not try Hot oven trick (Not worth my time).

I am ordering the new one from Carson Toyota tomorrow.
I will be able to swap out and will ship it out after next Saturday (will ship out on Oct 3rd).

For anyone knows how to fix this leaking problem or done hot oven trick, it would be easy fix for them. It would be good for HID retro project also.

It has been replaced with a new one. This one is ready to be shipped.
Second thought, leakage might be only from the bad bulb socket O-ring.
