If you could do it all over again, would you still get the rx450h or would you get the rx350? Im trying to buy a 2022 and the only vehicle i can find with the luxury package, is the rx450h or the rx350 f sport.

No regrets whatsoever! I owned a 2013 RX 350 and now a 2021 RX 450h. I would never go back to the 350. The 450h is smoother with the eCVT transmission as there are simply no gear shifts, plus it is often quieter at low speeds while running on electric. Both are excellent vehicles but there have been some complaints with the jerkiness of the transmission and hesitation with the 350. This hybrid is somewhat unique in that it isn’t the underpowered vehicle like a Prius style hybrid. The 450h actually has more combined horsepower than the standard 350, probably to account for the additional weight of the batteries and electric components. The 350 is still a bit quicker in my opinion and will likely do better in steep terrain. The 450h is an all wheel drive (rear wheels driven by electric motor) whereas the 350 can come in front wheel drive - especially in southern states and California. As I recall, the FSport is also AWD so both models you mentioned are going to be AWD.
In the spirit of full disclosure, I have owned two Priuses and three other Lexus hybrids so my opinion is likely somewhat biased, despite my desire to be open-minded and objective. I am clearly a fan of the hybrid platform.
The "f-sport" is a different vehicle. The seats are more for the race/sport driver and not as comfortable or easy to get in and out of the car. The suspension is different. YouTube has some good videos on the Lexus f-sport. One poster indicated that he did not like the f-sport and that Lexus should drop the model and stick with the luxury cars they are already building. I would buy the Rx450h again. Plus, I don't care for the Black headliner of the f-sport. The v-6 engine will be gone on the 2023 Rx.

Agree completely. Some people love the seats though so that is definitely something you need to evaluate carefully! Seats are the one “regret” comment I have seen and that observation runs across ALL Lexus models, so be sure to make sure they will be comfortable for you.
Since we are talking about seats, note the 450h with luxury package will have semi-aniline leather seating surfaces, while the F-Sport will have NuLuxe synthetic material. The NuLuxe is really very good and some of my passengers can’t even tell the difference - except NuLuxe doesn’t have any visible marks along the stretch marks in the animal hide. And of course, that leather smell is missing. I would be happy with either and might even prefer the NuLuxe since it is a little easier to clean and doesn’t seem to soil as easily (at least my experience with two current Lexus models).

I have had a 2009, 2013, 2017, and now a 2022 450h and have not regretted owning any of them. The dealership experience has also been very pleasant.

Hello, what is the difference between nuluxe and semi aniline. It sounds like one is more like real leather compared to the other?
Every day I say to myself what a good decision it was to purchase my 2022 RX 450hL and this is our second RX. The first was a 2010 RX400h. I really love this car!

Where did you get that F Sport doesn't have leather seats? F Sport and Luxury has leather seats, while regular models have NuLuxe. In fact, the F Sport gets additional "F SPORT exclusive Leather Interior Trim", not less.

My apologies if I misunderstood. If you go the the Lexus website and build a 2022 RX F Sport, it only allows you to select NuLuxe. Perhaps older models had available leather in the F Sport trim? This NuLuxe is consistent with the ES in F Sport trim as well.

It's amazing that you can buy a $60k vehicle and the manufacturer is not exactly forthcoming with the type of seats you're getting. ES is a cheaper car, but you could be right about the model year.
On second RX hybrid and second ES hybrid and would never buy anything other than a hybrid or EV. This would be the case even if gas was $2.30 a gallon like in January of 2021. Gasoline unless we change D.C. will never ever be below $3.00 and maybe even $4.00. Driven each to about 100,000 miles and never replaced a brake pad.
