Default Gs300 door panel leather

Hey guys just wondering if you guys know how to insert custom leather into the gs300 01 door. Just bought some diamond stitched leather & I’ve been trying to look up videos on how to remove it and cut the leather could you guys please help & guide me if you know anything thank you 👍🏽

Drill the plastic melted rivets out and it comes right out remove the old leather (or spray-glue over it) reverse engineer and follow how it was done by stock. Replace insert and use an adhesive or melt plastic over them again. Better yet, use some screws hold them in.

Gotta get creative to remount the insert. Its been a while since I've opened my door panels, that insert might even been screwed in, in which case makes it all easy.

I pulled this out of an old door panel for you lol. As Mr. Jokster said there are a few screws and rivets (remove the screws and pull hard and it should come off). From there you can remove the staples, or better yet just glue your new leather over it. Put everything back together and you're done. Not hard at all just take your time.
