Chicago Tint Shop Thread
Bumping an old thread.
It's a drive for myself but I've had all my vehicles tinted by him and the company he represents out in Glenview (not sure about the Glen Ellyn location)
Please ask for Oscar at Chicago Auto Pros, if you speak to him, Greg, Jason or Caleb - please tell them Jeff with the s2000 and/or black LS460 sent you.
They carry some of the best detail, tint, and overall car care products around. I've gone to them for tint (Llumar, Forumula/Pinnacle, 3M, etc etc.), XPEL ultimate, full paint correction, ceramic coating (modesta, cquartz) etc. and have always been exceeded in my beyond-OCD expectations.
I hope this helps.

Which film is Caesar using? Does he offer both regular and ceramic tints? Curious if he does any mobile work and can come out and do an on-site install! Sounds like he does amazing work for a great price.
Great prices and I've never had any issues with the 7 cars he has tinted for me. I've hooked him up with some larger high end dealer groups and they are very happy with his services.
On the film, I can't recall? I would ask Matt or just call Cesar and ask. He will be honest with you.
I get ceramic, I dont know the make though. Like Mike said. Never had an issue once.
Can anyone recommend a mobile tint guy in or around Palatine?
I tried Caesar but he said it's too far of a travel for him.
Must be reliable and professional, have a great reputation, and offer high quality name brand film (both standard and ceramic).

Anyone know of a location/person that will remove my 35% tint and re-tint to 5% limo tint? Everywhere I’ve gone, they refuse to tint any darker than the legal 35% ..which just isn’t dark enough for me.

Interesting... he took care of someone other people just fine. Was it him, or one of his guys?
