Just worked a deal on a new Caviar/Red GS. Flying out in a few days to pick it up. Options: PPF,ML,lighted door sills, one touch trunk, heated wheel,PAP Z2 & all weather mats. Totally pumped! Wished I could’ve gotten the triple beams but there is not one in the country in RWD from dealer stock.
Thanks! Glad I'm not a lurker here anymore since I just owned an RX. An RX just isn't a GS, was never an SUV guy. The wife loves the RX so she can have it.
After speaking with probably a couple dozen dealers, I found that it's much easier to just contact the sales manager over a salesman. I got more run around from most of the salesmen I dealt with. You can bypass more BS if you deal with the manager directly. The SM or GM has the final say anyway. I got my deal done in less than 30 minutes. It took me all day with one salesman just to get a purchase order from him. And then he wanted a $600 doc. fee on top of the deal. Crazy process in all but, saved some $$ over sticker.
I'll have photos later next week after I pick the car up. Detailing is my hobby so, it will have a full paint correction done on it when I get the car home.
Congrats!
I just purchased a 2018 myself 3 weeks ago...and joined this marvelous forum at the same time.
Gotta love the 10 year free sub to Lexus Enform Safety Connect, right?

The 10 yr. inform is ok but, I would've rather seen some feature changes instead. Even though it's just rumor and speculation, I think Lexus has the GS on the chopping block. I'd be surprised to see a 19 or 20 GS. I could be wrong though.
