Default Drilled slotted rotors for our cars

Anyone know what brand would be safe and good for street use? Don’t want to break the bank but also don’t want to cheap out on eBay rotors.. thanks!

I got slotted rotors from these guys on my Audi S4. I'd avoid any drilled rotors due to their tendency to have stress cracks on the holes..

No point in buying drilled or slotted. They are bad for daily driving unless you track your car

Always go blank stock replacements. Slotted or drilled essentially makes your brakes smaller, turning you into IS250 non f sport brakes. Not sure why anyone would want to downgrade their brakes.

Cars that come w/ drilled or slotting from the factory are designed from the ground up with consideration and pre-upsized accordingly. And even then it's mostly done for marketing.

no benefit from cut/slotted/drilled.

When heat is an issue, there are some benefits. Track/canyon carvers know what I’m talking about. If it’d were for me, I’d do slotted only. Keeps the temps significantly low. Actually gives the pads more bite since gases and dust are eliminated between the pad/rotor when pushing the limits of the brakes.

Adam's is a great choice for slotted rotors. I've had Stop Tech drilled rotors crack on me in previous cars. Aesthetically drilled/slotted rotors look better, but you'll get better longevity with blanks for brake pads.

I ordered StopTech Cryo-Treated Slotter Rotors, have not installed them yet. but I got these part numbers from StopTech's customer service line and ordered through Tirerack over the phone. The one's they have listed for rears when i ordered were listed for the is350c, not the 3IS is350
