I have two sets available, 150 per set. they will come with used pads.

are these bolt on? Will SC or IS oem wheels clear them?

bolt on, not sure if the wheels will clear.

Can I use the OEM rotors or do I need to upgrade those? I have spacers in the rear so that will be fine, and I have spacers I can use for the front if needed. Also is this front and rear or just front?

just the front, you can resue your oem rotors.
