Ok I Have a 3.92 diff with the campanion flange and ears swapped for an SC430. So all you have to do is remove yours and bolt this one in place.

Worked excellent in my 99 SC300 always changed the diff fluid every oil change.

just as a heads up, most sc430's will hit the rev limiter with this high of a gear ratio, the car will rev up way to fast for the ecu to follow and it will result in bouncing off the rev limiter and going no where.....
