Steps to solve your problem.
Identify the dead tpms. Seems that you have done this. #4
Replace the tpms. Your tire shop. They may also be able to program it, but don't count on it.
Program the tpms. Get techstream, OR, better yet, find a new friend who has techstream and have them program the tpms for you...
