Line on new headlights for 06?
Well, my headlights are beyond repair, from an aesthetics perspective. They are stress cracked inside of the lenses and on the chrome Xenon housings themselves.
I absolutely love this car, and am a bit of a perfectionist. Since I only paid $20k for it, I don't mind spending money to get it perfect. And a perfectly clear set of headlights, void of cracks, would make quite a difference.
That being said, the cheapest I've found new headlights are for a bit over $1k each. Ouch.
Anyone have any leads on a less expensive alternative, or is it what it is?
My other question- is the only difference between pre 06 and post 06 the adaptive headlights? I would have to weigh the benefits of having them at twice the price if so.
