Sc430 help

so this doesn't look right to me can anyone explain what this is and where its supposed to be if its out of place.

Seems like someone just recently (within the last year or so) just wrote about this piece in front of the radiator but I don't remember what it was.

Where is that wire going to/from? See the drawing below from the factory manual on headlights...looks sort of like the box at the bottom of the drawing.

If you google the part number, it will probably give you a description. From there you can probably figure out where it goes
