I'm looking for a scanner/code reader for my 2004 SC430.

I was thinking of buying Zurich since it has good reviews, but I noticed that some Lexus owners on this website recommended TechStream in 2015.

I plan to use it for myself. Any ideas?

 

Go with Techstream because you can do so many more things than just read codes. I use V12 stay away from V13 and V15 may have some issues as well. The V15 for 32bit worked fine the 64bit version has issues.

Thank you for the suggestion, Dennis. Where can I buy it then? I checked eBay and saw different companies selling it as Techstream.

But now that I see the comment above about v15, I wonder if I got a version that will work for me or not. Still need to get around to getting that installed in a Techstream cable tho. Hopefully that isn't too much of a pain. But if so, I'm only out $30 or so...

 

Cheaper on Aliexpress. They all come from the same place anyway.
