I should have taken a photo of the SC430 next to the new Boxster S I bought but didn't think of it in time.. Anyway, since many of you asked... here are 2 photos I just snapped this morning after I got to work.

Ceboyd, very nice! I have always liked the Boxster, especially the "S". A true "drivers'" car. Love the red calipers. For your next trip check with Classic Carriers for a removable luggage rack ( if you need it ). They aren't making one for the SC. Too bad because it looks like a nice accessory. That is one problem I have found with the SC. Not too many after-market accessories available. Maybe in the next few years, more new items will come to market. Awesome "S" Boxster. Lots of luck with it.

Very nice, a co-worker at my job has a dark blue Boxster. For some reason our cars are always parked next to each other. The previous owner of my car just purchased a Porsche as well........a '99 911 Carrera.

Question.....do you plan on driving the Porsche in the winter? Here in NY I must have seen 3 or 4 Boxster's in heavy snow.

no way will I drive it in winter... I'm not sure you can tell in the photo but this Boxster is very low with H&R coilovers....

I have a seperate winter car (a Yellow VW New Beetle) which is front wheel drive.... but I put H&R coilovers on that too..

I guess I just can't leave well enough alone!


I absolutely love this Boxster! I can't get the grin off my face driving.... I'm not even missing the Mark Levinsten Stereo as much as I thought I would because I love the 'music' of the motor ...especially with this custom Dansk exhaust and Cold air intake system ....the motor sound of a Porsche is just soo sweet....

NOW if there ever comes a day where the stereo of my former SC430 can be married to a Porsche, I'll be even more happy
