Default Power Window Passenger Side not working

My passenger side power window is not working. I have checked the fuse and it appears to be good. When I depress the power window switch, all I hear is clicking. How would I check to see if the power switch for the Passenger side is functional? Is there a way that I can determine if this is an arm problem or a motor issue without taking it into the dealer? Thanks

If you are hearing clicking, it sounds like the switch worked. It sounds like either there is a blockage or a worm gear is worn out. If you are handy, you can take the door apart to get to the mechanism. Check out a thread called something like "I found the source of the wind noise". The thread talks about replacing the weather stripping triangle at the front of the window but there are a few DIYs showing how to take the door apart to get to it. (If memory serves me well, there is one sometime after post #30 and somewhere between 10 and 30 posts later some more.) There is a diagram of the door in one of those posts.
