It does not damage the paint. As I said, I have had mine from Colgan since 09 and have gotten it wet many times without any issue with the paint. I do clean it by brushing it off from the back every now and then. I would not recommend going through the car wash. Especially ones that use the big fans to dry it off. I don't think it would stay on. I did have to bend the tabs that grab the fender well a bit to make it fit properly. Not a big deal. Also, who takes the SC to the car wash anyway? I would never admit that on this forum.

To me it looks a lot better on a black SC, but works great at protecting the front end of the SC on long road trips from bugs and rocks.

 

I agree it looks better on a Black SC.

Almost went with the Fiber version than the plain Black. This bra is definitely a head turner...

I was getting rock chips anyway.

I will hate the waiting though.

 

You are right, it does look better on a Black SC. I was tempted to get the Fiber version...but stayed with the Black.

 

That black bra does work well with the black SC. I've got the Indigo Ink (blue) and a clear bra on mine. I guess BGW and Mandyfig can tell us how it looks with the 3 colors that they have...

 

The Bra is scheduled to be delivered today, we'll see how it looks like on a white SC!

 

The Bra came in and will get it on shortly. Need to clean and wax the front prior to install.

Was tempted to put it on last night but needed to clean and wax the front end. And we have ****ty weather in the next few days so there is no incentive for me...

 

The other thing that I noticed is that the bra was a little flimsy (compared to other bras I have owned before). But the proof is in the pudding…as long as it fits good and looks good, well worth it!

 

That's interesting. The Colgan I got in 09 was just the same as the Lexus front end covers I had had in the past.

 

Would have been nice if there was an embossed Lexus Logo and not Colgan...oh well...these are breathable right?
