those folks at Tyndall AFB and Mexico Beach are in bad shape.
i read reports there are thousands of support agencies in the area now.
the Savation Army is doing a fantastic job along with many others.
the people in the area are not sitting on their hands and they are helping with the cleanup.
an old military friend, lost everything and they didn’t have much to begin with...his wife started a go fund me page...I sure hope they meet their goal...

Yes, recovery is a long process. A lot of folks in the Houston & surrounding areas are still trying to recover. It becomes a multiple whammy, in that it is a big financial hit, hugely inconvenient (typically the residents have to move out if they can afford it until their house is restored), insurance companies are overwhelmed along with FEMA and to top it off, repair supplies and labor become very scarce because several million nearby residents are all doing the same thing. (I have a lot of friends and family down in Houston. It was pretty bad down there.)

I just watched the clip of time traveler in Youtube, this guy claims he's born in 2043, travels to the present time and reveals what's going to happen in next couple years. Among of bunch of bulls, one of which he reveals is the Los Angeles will be hit by the 10.2 earthquake in 2020 and California will sink under the ocean. What's the joke.
