Unhappy Seatback issue

My SC430 has problems with the plastic cover on the back of the drivers seat. It does not stay flush and wobbles, like something on it is broken, any ideas on this would be appreciated.

Please see post 3 which shows a picture of the backside of the drivers seat back cover.

As Bgw70 says, check the seatback to ensure the two lower fasteners are in place and secure. If they are remove the seatback and check to see if the upper plastic retainers are broken.
