Default Hood chrome molding question

Does anyone know how to resecure the chrome molding
or do I need to get a new one from Lexus/Toyota ?

On one side of the edge of my chrome molding, I notice the
molding is slightly loose when I open or close the Hood.
I see there are a few black fastener under the hood
right under the chrome molding. It does not look like
the edge fastener is loose ...

It must have gotten lose as I been opening and closing
the hood more often lately because of my battery tender

Is this piece just held in place by double sided tape?

thanks everyone

No tape just 5 small hex nuts that are capped. I replaced mine years ago when I bought the car in 09 due to a large chunk out of the chrome.

Does anyone know how to resecure the edge of the molding?
It does not look like the corner fastener is loose.
all the black fastener doesn’t even turn
or is there a way to turn it?

I am wondering if one of the nuts broke inside the back
of the chrome piece. Has anyone taken any pictures
or have a diagram how to remove or the chrome piece
look like from the bottom?

thanks

The trim was easy to remove and replace. Just unscrew the 5 nuts in the back and replace. Maybe one of the small studs on the back of the trim has broken.
