2007 SC Pebble Beach for 30K with 11K
Gang
I recently found an 07 with 11K 2 nd owner SC
The owner want 30-31K for the car. I thought even
with the low miles , it was high
I was very tempted though to trade my 02 with 46K White Gold Crystal
what do do you guys think? The car looks to be mi t
but boy 31K for an O7 even if it is the rare peeble beach Starlightwhite seems very high
thiughts ?

I paid 28k for my 07 with 56k miles, just 2 years ago. I do not think 30k for 11k PB is high. My 2 cents.

That price doesn't seem excessively high to me either. I received $34K in trade-in from my Lexus dealer 2 years ago on a 2009 Pebble Beach with 14K miles. I believe they promptly sold it for ~$40K. I've seen lots of low-mileage SCs being advertised in the low- to mid-30s. If the car is all original, no paint work, has been serviced regularly, and has a "good back story" from the previous owners, it should be well worth $30K, in my opinion.

A year ago we paid $30k for an 08 pb with 18k miles. Nice car.

Especially if the car is mint, that doesn't sound like a lot to me.
That is very low mi on a great car (predicted reliability) that is no longer being made. As long as it checks out w/ a mechanic, and if you love it, I'd jump on it. I would never buy any used car w/o having thoroughly inspected first.
Wonder if I bought Riknchar's car! I bought a 2009 PB 21K mi this year; exceptionally clean; asked $40K. While part of me balked at that price for an 8 yr old car, I took into consideration all the exceptional properties about THIS car. Plus I always loved these but could never afford them new. It was close by and kind of fell in my lap when I had need of a car, so that was that.
Took to my mechanic, discovered a few small things we needed and deducted that from the asking price. I don't regret it.
Even though I ended up keeping my old car (so now I have two older cars), this gets pampered and garage kept. I plan on keeping it forever and passing it on.

Yeah, that's stupid high... Hope he gets it, though, as it will give all of us a good warm feeling that our rare cars are starting to appreciate in value (which I do think/hope happens one day)...

Rick,
Mine had a clear bra on the front and side mirrors. I also swore it "smelled new!" The owner included the orig window sticker w/ the paperwork. Orig dealer was McGrath Lexus in Westmont, IL.
It even had the orig battery which we replaced stat. It's all stock. Does any of that sound familiar? I bought it in Laguna Bch, CA at a small art gallery / car showroom. They import nice cars (mine was one of the less exotic ones - lol). Last 4 vin#'s are 0338.
Wouldn't that be crazy if I got your car?
I can't believe that other car is now $50K. I did see one other 2010 for about that much w/ only 5K mi in San Diego. But it was too much $ and I didn't car for the color as much.

Well to each his own. I believe the SC430 will retain most of its value and for a low mileage SC430 , above $30K is very reasonable . They dont make this car anymore and its just a matter of time before it becomes a classic
