Did car fired up then? If possible you should track back that heavy gauge positive wire from starter back to wherever it is routed. I still suspect fusible link in that line.

I think JohnnyCake is correct and you should confirm the neutral safety switch is good...
Also check the items I circled in yellow.

This is NOT a problem with the Engine Immobiliser or Theft Deterrent System.

Do the dash lights stay on while the climate LCD goes off? If so, that would be a classic sign that the park/neutral safety switch is not engaged (i.e. car does not think it is in park/neutral) but ignition switch is good.

I'd lso double check wiring going to the starter.
Agreed. If we are getting power to the relay but no start... Bad relay or possibly solenoid on starter itself. Are we "jumping" at the starter? I think it may be one of the two components. Now the efi etc may come on after oil pressure comes up. I know some cars are wired this way.

Not saying it is, but you can't ever rule out new parts. Faulty new parts has caused many to chase their tail around. I know it's happened to me before, and many others.
So just saying test the new parts too.

Folks can really get in trouble when they throw multiple parts at a problem also. Too many variables. I've seen bad parts come out of a box way too many times. Replace a good part with a bad one and you now have 2 problems. Uggh.. With electrical I always start from the component and work backwards.

Just go back to basics and check everything...I think you have a simple problem that you may be overlooking...

Do you have access to a code reader? Preferably Techstream? It should be able to tell you what is keeping your car from starting.

Once we have a trouble code, we should be able to reason a solution

Bought new battery and replaced neutral safety switch. Still no crank.

With a test light on the Drivers side engine fuse box im still not getting power to fuse 63 starter, 64 efi no 2, 65 ign, 66 inj.

Can anyone trace the wiring diagram for these fuses and see where do the wires go to? Im not skilled at reading wiring diagrams but i'm suspecting thats my issue.
