Default Caster problems...

Took the SC in for an alignment a few days ago. The caster on the passenger side was +7 degrees. Drivers side -4. Way off. Caster isn't adjustable from the factory. Those of you that have replaced caster arms or bushings did you have any negative caster like this prior to repair? The tech had no idea why the car wouldn't align caster wise (he was slightly lazy too). He told me I should take it to a frame shop. I would have pressured him a bit more to troubleshoot, but I had just gotten off a 12 hr night shift. I will do a little digging when I get home.

It looks like my front rear control arm is gone. The bolt in the bushing isn't center, but more like 2/3 of center. This is compounded by stock spring sag of about 3/4 " on the drivers side.
