when i put on the brakes at slow speed i hear a buzzing noise and the brake pedal pulses

 

ABS is activating. Any work performed on your car recently?

 

no work done, it just started a week ago

 

any dash lights?
is the brake fluid level okay?
what year and how many miles?

when you say slow speed, do you mean like 5-10mph?
i had that issue after some front end work.
the ABS sensor had grease on it. One bolt holds it in place. I wiped it off and disconnected the battery...all has been good since that time.

 

I have VSC/VSC off lights on the brake fluid is good and the car has 155K miles on it. Yes slow speeds under 10mph

try disconnecting the battery for five minutes...
