This is absolutely correct, stretched tires are really dangerous, according to the designers and manufacturers.

Oh yes exactly, i guess best way to say it keep close to wheel width lol I should have been more clear.

And yes thats a little too much in the pic there, plus the load on that side wall over a little bump or hole would be easy damage.. you know what i have seen tires come off a stretch like that and are usuallu torn inside or cracked. Scary
