satellite radio subscription

I bought a 2012 lexus ct 200h and wonder how to start subscribing to satelite radio, if I want too.

call XM/Sirius, BTW, it's free till the end of May
also, I pay $25 for five months and pay no royalty fees...just demand it or pay the big money...
