I am running the run flat tires and looking to change them out, Too rough. Recommendations?

 

For summer tires, many people like Mich Pilot Supersport. $$. For all seasons, you've got fans of Mich Pilot AS3, Conti DWS. I'm on BFG Comp All seasons as a cheaper option and been happy. My old Conti DWS did OK for me and I probably got 30 K miles plus out of them. Many other choices. Many different opinions.

 

What are you wanting from your tires?

 

My random thoughts on this...

I, too, was growing tired of the unforgiving ride from my run flats.
I could not remember the last flat tire I had...until last Friday.
The recent storms the San Francisco Bay area has experienced has left some of the roads strewn with potholes.
Without the run flats and no spare, I would have needed a tow and would not have been able to drive to my mechanic's shop the following day.
I opted to buy run flats, as I do not have room for a spare, and I want the peace of mind that I will not be stranded.
The ride is smoother with the new tires (two on the front only).
