Default Brake squeal

Just hunting for answers. I have a slight squeal from the left rear brake when in reverse. Doesn't do it all time and never when roads are wet. I disassembled the caliper and all looks good. I replaced the pads about a year ago and the noise just recently started, so its hard to blame that. Any ideas? I did not use the brake anti-noise lube......but I never have. HELP!!!

I believe that the left rear is also the location of the Emergency Brake. Not sure how this system works, but might be part of the problem. Wish I did know how it worked. I feel like my E-brake is a little more loose than it used to be. Not sure how to readjust it so it engages so I don't have to push it all the way down to have an effect.

I didn't check the park brake......you could be on to some thing. I believe it can be adjusted by the cable. I do know that it holds harder when going backward. A couple of friends were helping me push my car in the driveway....easily rolled forward, was a bear to push backward looked and the E-brake was very slightly engaged.
