I was able to replace the actuator and everything works perfectly now!
I didnt remove the dashboard, but the operation is far from easy, i removed the steering wheel and all the plastic covers possible, at no point i had a visual of the actuator, just worked with my hands up behind the dashboard with a very short screwdriver and it took a couple of hours.. I really hope i dont have to do that again.

You shouldn’t have to replace for a while, atleast I hope not… but I’m no expert so don’t take my word for it.
