Hello! I too, have been lurking on Club Lexus! It has been a good resource. I own a '06 SC430.
Many years ago, I saw an SC in a parking lot. I took a pic and told my son (who loves cars) I'm getting this car someday! Move ahead to 2013, my SUV died and I found this car online. All reasoning went out the window - like owning a car with rear wheel drive car in CO where there is snow. After talking with the dealer, I flew from CO to Las Vegas with my son, purchased the car and drove back home in 24 hours. Easiest car purchase ever made. It was instant love! I'm not in to cars, but I'm in to this one.
Since I purchased it we have moved to AZ where I don't have to worry about ice and snow. I do have to say, even though I didn't drive it much in snow, once I put snow tires on it, it made a huge difference. I have a deal with my husband, I'll move back to CO but have to get a SUV so this baby can stay in the garage where it belongs in the winter.
Why do I like this car? It's fun to drive! Love the classic (& classy) look inside and out, the smooth ride with V8 power (my son... 'Mom, why do you need a car with V8?'... I just smiled...); the best is riding with the top down, husband (Hubs) at my side and wind blowing in our faces. It's the best

Just like the commercial!
