We have a 2004 and 2007 SC. I notice that the dash lights on the 04 are dim compared to the 07 even though the dash control switch is turned all the way up. Is this the nature of the beast or is there a setting that can be adjusted through the computer?

 

I'm not aware of any. Is the 04 incandescent and the 07 LED? If so, that may be the difference.

 

I will check on all pages on the Techstream where options are shown. And will post. Some of you out there are now experts on Techstream, I am a newbie.

 

I have Techstream and have played with it a bit. Please understand that I do not consider myself an expert. I do not think there is a setting associated with the dash lights. I went back and looked and if it is there, I can not find it.
Diggerjim seems to have the most experience at this point. He may know best.

 

...I do believe in 06' the lighting of the dash changed also, as did the headlights...but I will try to double check that
