As I posted a little earlier on another MC leaking problem:
You might want to check the brake solenoid valve rubber o-ring. Mine was leaking, but Lexus doesn't sell the o-ring by itself. It's better to take the old o-ring to a parts house and let them size it to one they have in stock. My local Dallas repair shop did this for me, but I don't know the size they found that worked.

Fyi, my SC430 has around 184K miles on it.

So I removed the leaking master cylinder. Pretty straight forward, installed the used one connected everything up and NO BRAKES the pedal goes to the floor. Figuring I was now in over my head I called the Toyota dealer close by and asked them how much to flush the old fluid and install new fluid and of course bleed the system which I knew I was going to have to do anyway.. They said $149 for that service. So I took the car
(using the parking brake as my only way to stop) to the dealer. Of course after looking over everything they said it won't be that simple since there is air in the master cylinder as well as the lines and the all computer settings would have to be reset. I've used these guys before and their very up front explaining in detail what they needed to do. So the total was $349 instead of the $149 but it appears everything is working as it should. I bring this up only for those going to go through this that there's more to it than changing out the unit.

Azz, I really thought you knew the brakes would need to be bled and certainly would have warned you if I thought you did not know this!!!
I too had to bleed the master cylinder before I bled the brake system.

Glad you have the job completed and your SC is back on the road!

Well I did know the brakes had to be bled but didn't' know about the reset of all the functions. Now let's hope NO more leaks.
Thanks for your comments
