Hi Guys,

Have a problem with my package tray left quarter piece which comes out with second tray when opening top.. one of them has broken lose from inside its hinge means it does not move along with the second tray as it should when opening top.. its just freely moving... I have unplugged and manually closed the top for now.

I don't know how these pieces are connected but looks like im going to have to replace this whole thing..

Any ideas? does the whole package tray come as one piece? part number?

Saw 2 recently on fleabay. Entire package shelf units, used. One was for around 1000 and one was like 299. Not sure why the differential.

That stinks. Seems like such an odd failure too. I wonder what happened to it? Good luck in your search. May it be short and inexpensive.

 

Were you able to get it fixed? What was the cost? I've exactly the same problem & the Lexus dealer has quoted me $2200 + $3400 for the two switches since I'm already fixing the the assembly anyways.
