Has anyone installed the latest NAV software? Do you know when the next one is expected?

 

I think I have the lastest version of the software and I must say after having the car for 2 months I am noticing a lot of errors to places I drive. Stupid things like the nav tells me to turn right on a street where there is no street on the right. Has anyone experienced that?
