Yes, it remember the last setting used when you turn off the car. Therefore, you can even unplug the programming unit (the box) when the setting is either green or red and the car will continually stay in that mode.

I'm afraid I cannot compare the products since I only have experience with SB. You can always turn it off, which is what u do for daily driving.

I am thankful for this thread. I was considering the purchase and installation of the aforementioned device. After reading all the responses, I am happy to report that I will be saving my money and leaving my 2006 stock. Thanks!

Best place to get the Apexi booster ? Anyone have a pic
of where it plugs into the accelerator ? What has to be
removed to access the plug-in point?

Are you saying that when you completely dissconnect/unplug the Sprint Booster, it will keep working? I don't think that is correct. It goes back to stock when removed.

Installation is not bad. It took me about an hour, but most people it would take less time. There is a plug adjacent to the pedal, and you disconect that and reroute the SB plug. You'll have no problem. Then you will need to find a place for the switch. I put my switch under the ignition key, and it looks really nice.

Yes, that is correct according to the instructions I received with my unit. Once you program the unit you can unplug the toggle module and it will retain the last setting you had active.

So I have a 2012 is250 awd. A friend is offering me his sprintbooster but he has it on his IS F. Does it work on my is250 as well? Same piece? Just wanted to confirm with whoever really knows about it.
