Hoping not to offend anyone today, but..........

I just called Blitz to check on any items for the SC430. I got a guy on the phone that seemed totally disinterested in my questions. While he was "talking" to me, he was carrying on another conversation with someone else in the background. I literally had to drag information out of him as follows:

"I'm looking for any ptoducts for an SC430"

<<Like What ?>>

"What do you have in your lineup for this car ?"

<<Intake>>

"I have one, what else is available ?"

<<Not much>>

"I see on your website there are exhausts and shocks listed as TBA"

<<Yeah>>

"Well are they available or will they be ?"

<<In about a month>>

"For which item ?"

<<Maybe Exhaust>>

"What about the shocks or suspension components ?"

<<Two months maybe>>

"Should I be checking your website for updates ?"

<<Yeah...........bye>>

Well, I've narrowed it down to at least company I WON'T be buying from.

If anyone here knows these guys personally, please inform them of the concept of customer service.

 

I'm glad I'm not alone, I got the same respone a few days ago when I talked to them, It's to bad they don't have good customer service because they have some great looking stuff. I would personally never do bussiness with them........ As for an exhaust, B and B exhaust might have something comming out in a few weeks, I'll keep you informed.
