Beatsonic - work with power antenna?

I upgraded my stereo to a pioneer x940bt along with the Beatsonic kit. It works great but the installer told me the power antenna will no longer work. Did you run into a similar problem?

I upgraded mine with another Pioneer radio last year using the Beatsonic, I did not have that problem. My antenna works fine. I suspect the installer did not do something right.

Mine works fine. Could be as simple as not connecting the correct wire for the head unit to power the antenna when switched on. Modern head units nearly all have an output power wire that powers the antenna when the head unit is powered up.
