The seats are as good as any I have tried. The center dash is just weird. It is called a floating dash, so the silver part is only about an inch thick, and you can put your hand behind it, where you find a storage area. Kind of hard to describe. The materials are pretty good, no hard or cheap plastic. You would consider it upscale if you are not comparing it to the SC Dash.
