Default Lost segments on temp numerals

I searched on this but couldn't find it mentioned. The outside temp reading has lost 2 segments in the second number. So if it should be 78 it now says 7d; it's not displaying the top and top left segments. Can we order a replacement display? or head? Anybody else seen this? I thought about just hanging a dry erase sharpie on a string from the mirror to draw the segments in, but that's probably not the most elegant solution Thanks!

I don't believe part components are available for the display. In other words a dealer will just order the console. One of our other members, Solman, just went through this. The console costs more than 1K. Others have had it apart for some modifications. Maybe they'll chime in on its servicibility.

Thanks Bob, I hope someone chimes in. I did rip the front faceplate off once when trying to remove the head unit, but that was a year ago, and it pulled out a connector, which I was able to reconnect to fix it.
