Twist or Pie?
#31
Didn't think of picture until I was done! Scroll down to the before and after pictures that Cadzilla posted in early May and then vision the change on a black car. I can't believe how much they improve the appearance. I found plenty of chrome ones on ebay, it took me a little longer to find the grey ones. I didn't realize until I change them out that both the old "pies" and the new "twisties" are made out of ABS plastic.

Can anyone suggest a reasonable price to pay for a set of twisties?
Is there a preferred supplier or should a guy just hunt on ebay for something decent.
Thanks!

Very nice. I don't have my SC any more (after 14 years, I replaced it with an RC), but if I did, I would look into a set of those, which would, I think, look pretty good on my the black/ecru version. They look extremely good on the white.
Congratulations.
Congratulations.

The temptation is high for me to look at an RC. I sure did drive a few of them through the years of sending my other cars for recalls. Fun to drive for sure. Lot more space than the SC. But you can not put the top down!

I tell you what. For all the negative comments I see about the Pie Plates, I love them. It takes me about 15 seconds to wipe them down after a wash. Try that with all of those spokes! LOL.
